为更好服务深圳企业出海中东,10月12日至19日,深圳市贸促会二级巡视员杨浩勃、深圳市前海管理局副局长文娉一行赴阿联酋、沙特阿拉伯开展系列经贸交流活动,深圳国际商会组织企业随团参加。在阿期间,深圳市贸促会于迪拜举办深圳在阿联酋重点企业座谈会,会后走访调研迪拜多种商品交易中心(DMCC)园区,助力深圳企业利用DMCC平台拓展阿联酋市场。
In a bid to better serve Shenzhen enterprises exploring the Middle East, Yang Haobo, second-level inspector of CCPIT Shenzhen, and Wen Ping, deputy director of the Authority of Qianhai, Shenzhen, led a delegation to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia for a series of economic and trade exchange activities from October 12 to October 19, and the Shenzhen International Chamber of Commerce organized enterprises to go with the delegation. During its stay in the UAE, CCPIT Shenzhen held a symposium in Dubai with key Shenzhen enterprisesoperating in the UAE. After the symposium, CCPIT Shenzhen visited the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to help Shenzhen enterprises use the DMCC platform to expand the UAE market.

10月13日上午,深圳市贸促会联合驻阿联酋经贸联络处举办深圳在阿联酋重点企业座谈会,邀请约50家重点企业参加。
On the morning of October 13, CCPIT Shenzhen, together with its UAE trade liaison office, held a symposium with key Shenzhen enterprises operating in the UAE, inviting about 50 key enterprises to participate.
深圳市贸促会二级巡视员杨浩勃围绕建立阿联酋产品展示交易中心、企业出海堵点等内容与参会企业开展交流,致力与深圳在阿企业建立良好的沟通联络机制,畅通深圳与阿联酋间合作交流渠道,为深圳企业拓展阿联酋市场做好精准服务。深圳前海管理局副局长文娉介绍前海产业政策,鼓励前海企业出海抓住机遇出海阿联酋。
Yang Haobo, second-level inspector of CCPIT Shenzhen, exchanged views with participating enterprises on the establishment of a product display and trading center in the UAE and the bottlenecks encountered by enterprises going overseas. This aimed to establish a good communication and liaison mechanism with Shenzhen enterprises in the UAE, unblock the channels for cooperation and exchange between Shenzhen and the UAE, and provide precise services for Shenzhen enterprises to expand the UAE market. Wen Ping, deputy director of the Authority of Qianhai, Shenzhen, introduced Qianhai’s industrial policies and encouraged Qianhai enterprises to go overseas and seize opportunities in the UAE.
华为云、南航、神州通、OPPO、VIVO等在阿企业代表分别介绍了企业在中东发展的相关情况及落地阿联酋的感受,分析了中东经济环境、商机与机遇,并对深圳市贸促会、前海管理局、深圳国际商会等机构在帮助企业出海中发挥的桥梁纽带作用表示感谢。
Representatives of Huawei Cloud, China Southern Airlines, Sinomaster, OPPO, VIVO and other enterprises running a business in the UAE introduced the their development in the Middle East and their feelings about landing in the UAE, analyzed the economic environment, business opportunities and other chances in the Middle East, and expressed gratitude to CCPIT Shenzhen, the Authority of Qianhai, the Shenzhen International Chamber of Commerce and other institutions for acting as a bridge and link to help enterprises go overseas.
在阿企业纷纷表示,需要不断学习法律法规,适应两地思维和制度的差异,才能在出海中东的过程中行稳致远。同时,数聚天源、科陆电子科技公司等深圳企业围绕数字化转型、储能、教育医疗、软件开发等领域主动与在阿企业代表开展交流,寻找合作机遇。
The enterprises operating in the UAE have said that they need to constantly learn laws and regulations and adapt to the differences between the two places in thinking and systems, so as to go steady and far in the process of going overseas and developing in the Middle East. Meanwhile, Shenzhen companies such as Datasets and CLOU Electronics Co., Ltd. took the initiative to communicate with representatives of the enterprises operating in the UAE and seek cooperation opportunities in the fields of digital transformation, energy storage, education and medical care, and software development, among others.

Research on Dubai Multi Commodities Centre
10月13日下午,深圳市贸促会代表团一行赴迪拜多种商品交易中心(DMCC)园区调研,了解DMCC的服务内容及落户园区中国企业的基本情况。DMCC成立于2002年,位于阿联酋迪拜的自由区,也是全球性的商品交易中心。目前,落户迪拜多种商品交易中心的中国企业达770余家,约占在阿联酋注册中国企业总数的12%以上。调研现场,深圳企业与DMCC相关负责人就落地相关政策等开展交流,现场气氛热烈。
On the afternoon of October 13, the delegation of CCPIT Shenzhen went to the site of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for research to understand the service content of the DMCC and the basic situation of Chinese enterprises that have settled there. Established in 2002, the DMCC is located in a free zone in Dubai, the UAE. It is also a global commodity trading center. At present, more than 770 Chinese companies have settled in the DMCC, accounting for more than 12% of the total number of Chinese companies registered in the UAE. At the research site, the Shenzhen companies and the DMCC’s relevant persons in charge enjoyed warm conversations and exchanged views on the policies for enterprise to settle in the DMCC and other topics.
