24 Shenzhen firms agree to take part in supply chain expo
A total of 24 Shenzhen firms such as BYD and ZTE signed agreements with China International Exhibition Center Group Ltd. during a ceremony launched in Shenzhen on Thursday for the second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE).
The CISCE, the world’s first national exhibition focusing on the supply chain, is aimed to facilitate connectivity among upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. It also encourages the coordination between industry, academia, research, and practical application, as well as interactions between Chinese and foreign businesses.
"The CISCE introduces the social responsibility of a business to Winner Medical as we adhere to the principle of prioritizing its social value over corporate ones,” said Zhang Yan, CEO of Winner Medical.
Being a leading company in the medical field at the expo and one of the companies that signed the agreement, Winner Medical participated in the first CISCE and attracted business counselors and ambassadors from regions like Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. They showed keen interest in the company's cotton industry chain and sought cooperation opportunities in their countries, thus promoting Winner Medical.
UBTech's chief brand officer Tan Min said that the CISCE is an open platform built to enhance industry and supply chain communication and cooperation among the international business community.
Humanoid robots, which combine multiple advanced technologies such as AI, high-end manufacturing, and new materials, are expected to become a disruptive product following computers, smartphones, and new energy vehicles. As a key AI firm in advanced production, humanoid and intelligent service robots, UBTech will showcase China’s leading technological products and advanced manufacturing solutions.
The second CISCE is scheduled to be held at China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing from Nov. 26 to 30 this year. With the theme of “Connecting the World for a Shared Future,” the expo will cover a total area of 100,000 square meters with special booths.
