4月8-12日，深圳市贸促委会同中国新加坡商会、新加坡S.M.A.R.T企业家协会、新加坡科技设计大学成功举办“新加坡企业深圳行”活动。本次活动共组织新龙国际集团有限公司、华联企业有限公司、楷新国际教育集团、广益丰建筑集团等25家新加坡企业和相关投资机构负责人来深考察交流，寻求投资合作商机。

　　From April 8 to 12, CCPIT Shenzhen, together with the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, the S.M.A.R.T Entrepreneurship Club, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design, successfully held an event of “Business Trip of Singaporean Enterprises to Shenzhen”. The heads of 25 Singaporean enterprises and related investment institutions, including SIS International Holdings Limited, OUE Limited, KinderWorld International Group, and Guangyifeng Construction Group, came to Shenzhen for inspection and exchange as well as investment and cooperation opportunities.

　　The Singaporean business delegation visited well-known enterprises in Shenzhen such as Huawei, Tencent, BYD, UBTECH, and Mindray, as well as key areas such as the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone and Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone to learn more about Shenzhen’s investment policies and business environment, and deeply feel the surging momentum of the city’s scientific and technological innovation.

　　4月9日，新加坡企业代表团深圳前海商务交流会在深圳前海国际人才港会议厅召开，新加坡企业代表团和广东高科技产业商会、深圳市跨境电子商务协会、大湾区进出口商业总会以及深圳科技企业、外资银行负责人等100多位嘉宾齐聚一堂，共同探讨交流深新企业经贸合作发展新机遇。

　　On April 9, the Shenzhen Qianhai Business Exchange Conference for the Singaporean Enterprise Delegation was held at the Conference Hall of the Qianhai International Talent Hub. More than 100 guests, including those from the Singaporean enterprise delegation, the Guangdong High-tech Industry Chamber, the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, and the Greater Bay Area Importers and Exporters Association, as well as heads of Shenzhen’s technology companies and foreign-funded banks, gathered together to discuss new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation and development between Shenzhen and Singaporean enterprises.

　　At the exchange conference, Wang Lizong, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, president of the Guangdong High-Tech Industry Chamber, and executive director of the Greater Bay Area-ASEAN Research Center, introduced Shenzhen’s location advantages, development plans, leading industries and institutional innovations in detail, hoping that more Singaporean companies would invest in Shenzhen. Xie Xiaodong, senior vice president of the Shenzhen Branch of United Overseas Bank (China) Limited, delivered a keynote speech on “Connecting Unlimited China-ASEAN Business Opportunities,” using personalized services and innovative solutions to help enterprises in Shenzhen and Singapore achieve efficient flow of funds between the two places.

　　During their visit to Mindray, the Singaporean business delegation saw the medical devices and equipment produced by Mindray for advanced clinical inspection and testing, digital ultrasound, radiological imaging and other usages. At a meeting, a person in charge at Mindray introduced the company’s strategic layout, market share and core technical advantages, and gave detailed answers to the delegation’s questions. Several heads of investment institutions in the delegation expressed their strong willingness to cooperate with Mindray, hoping to carry out in-depth cooperation with Mindray in expanding the markets of Singapore and ASEAN countries in the future.

　　During a visit to the Greater Bay Area-ASEAN Research Center of Shenzhen University, Wu Haiyan, deputy dean of the School of Government at Shenzhen University, introduced the basic facts of Shenzhen University in terms of discipline construction, talent training, project research, etc., and looked forward to closer and in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the future. Andrew Chin, head of the Singaporean enterprise delegation, secretary-general of the S.M.A.R.T Entrepreneurship Club and professor of the Singapore University of Technology and Design, hoped to work with Shenzhen University, the Greater Bay Area-ASEAN Research Center and other Shenzhen colleges, universities and research institutions to establish closer cooperative relationships in terms of academic exchanges, teacher-student exchanges, joint cultivation, and scientific research cooperation in the future.

　　4月11日，新加坡企业代表团在参观了位于深圳湾超级总部基地深湾睿云中心80层的“天空之镜”，站在360米的云端，以360度俯瞰深圳，感受深圳的独特魅力和强大活力。高耸入云的摩天大楼、鳞次栉比的产业园区和总部大厦、四通八达的交通网络、海天一色的山海景观，深深震撼了考察团的每一个人，大家对深圳现代化国际化城市建设成就和日新月异的发展速度，都有了更直观的认识，也对这座城市的未来充满期待。

　　On April 11, the Singaporean business delegation visited the “Sky Mirror” located on the 80th floor of the SIC at the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. Standing at a height of 360 meters amid the clouds, and overlooking the city in a 360-degree manner, they felt the unique charm and strong vitality of Shenzhen. The towering skyscrapers, the row upon row of industrial parks and headquarters buildings, the extensive transportation network, and the landscape combining the sea, the sky and mountains impressed everyone in the delegation. They understood more directly Shenzhen’s achievements in building a modern, international city and its rapid development, full of expectations for the future of the city.

　　新加坡楷新国际教育集团主席陈德阳表示，深圳有很多智能科技产品可以投入在智能教育领域，充分看好深圳未来的发展，面对深圳现代化国际化城市建设发展对国际教育服务的需求，很有兴趣在深圳投资建设一所国际学校，接下来将进一步规划研究并积极与深圳对接。

　　Tan Teck Yong, chairman of KinderWorld International Group, said that Shenzhen has many smart technology products that can be used in smart education. He is fully optimistic about Shenzhen’s future development and is very interested in investing in the construction of an international school in Shenzhen to meet the demand for international education services while Shenzhen is being built into a modern and international city. He will carry out further planning and study, and actively work with the Shenzhen.

　　Heads of other technology companies and investment institutions in the delegation also said that Shenzhen is a young, innovative and dynamic city, which brings together many internationally renowned high-tech companies such as Huawei, Tencent and BYD, and is full of unlimited development potential. In the future, they hope to explore investment and cooperation opportunities with these outstanding enterprises in Shenzhen in the fields of artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new energy, and large model development.
